Our Story

The 2000′s

In 2002 due to the aftermath of the dot com bubble, the groundwork for what will later become Wonderbean studios was formed.  Jason Rhodes, a recent college graduate, found himself tossed into a workforce that was overrun by dotcom developer refugees all trying to find a foot in the turbulent IT field.  With many small to medium sized companies now preferring to outsource their IT work to freelancers, Jason saw an opportunity.   He took it upon himself to start selling his skills and his trusted network of colleagues as “guns for hire” solving critical IT issues these companies faced.  As the projects grew, the small group of colleagues banded together and formed an LLC, Wonderbean Studios.

Jason Rhodes

Jason Rhodes

Owner/Lead Development Architect.  With over 15 years of development and application design work under his belt, Jason brings a great mesh of design and code.  After having the art of proper code structure drilled into his head and years of design experience, Jason has the uncanny ability to transform flat designs into functional websites without compromise.

Currently Jason is a huge proponent of the Twitter Bootstrap grid system.  Living and breathing the code, Jason has found an almost zen like marriage of bootstrap with custom design.
